Ki kati

Ki kati! (Hello, in one of the official languages of Uganda!)

We have finally arrived at Beautiful Feet boot camp in Choctaw, OK, about a 4-5 hour drive from our hometown of Mena, AR. After moving in yesterday, we have been spending the weekend getting unpacked, shopping for groceries, resting up, meeting our fellow boot campers, and transitioning into our new home. It was a full year of preparations, and is so exciting to now be in missionary training. Classes officially begin on Monday, July 4th with a celebration that evening.

Skyllar, Cadyn, and Bryn will be going through their own training during the next 8 weeks and one of Bryns favorite people will be leading her boot camp. Elizabeth Hearn (affectionately known as Bebe) will be working with Bryn and they are already close so they will have a blast this summer!

The older girls will be in training geared more for their age and will have some great opportunities to engage in cultural studies and hands on activities. They have already had a blast playing and exploring the campus!

Thank you all for your continued support as we journey together down this road God has invited us to travel with Him. I am humbled all over again, each time I consider the magnitude of His love and generosity. It has been a wild ride already and I look forward to seeing what tomorrow holds! Please continue to keep us in your prayers. Here are a few thing you can specifically pray for this week.

1.Continued smooth transition into boot camp life for our kids.

2.That we retain all the information being poured into us this first week.

3.Rest and rejuvenation after the last 30 days of craziness.

4.Monthly financial partners to join us in this new ministry as we work towards our ultimate goal of serving overseas.

Please feel free to subscribe to our blog and/or leave a comment!

We love you and continue to pray for you all!
